We do not want your data.
We cannot see it.
The short version
Camora has no user account, no analytics SDK, and no cloud storage. Your media is encrypted locally and stays on your devices unless you explicitly export it.
No Accounts
You don't sign up. Your identity is your own.
No Analytics
We don't track your usage. We don't want to know.
Zero Cloud
Your data moves between your own devices via peer-to-peer link, never touching our servers.
No Extraction
We sell software, not your sovereign data.
What We Collect
Since Camora has no backend servers for user data, we have no way to collect, store, or process your personal information, photos, documents, or notes. When using Workstation Connect, data is transferred directly between your devices over your local network using TLS 1.3 encryption.
Device Permissions
We request access to:
Camera
To capture photos and scan documents.
Microphone
To record audio for videos.
FaceID/TouchID
To unlock the app locally. Biometric authentication stays on your device.
Files
Only if you choose to import documents or notes.
Where Your Data Lives
All data within Camora is encrypted using AES-GCM + HKDF and stored in the app's local sandbox. Each collection—Moments, Documents, Notes—is isolated by its own cryptographic key. If you delete the app without releasing your data, it is destroyed permanently.
“In your encrypted enclave.”
Own your memories.
Camora works without cloud storage or tracking. Designed for privacy. Built for you.
